Yes, you can book travel for infants under two years of age on Gulu Gulu Trip. Make sure they have valid proof–of–age documents when they’re checking in, and remember that infants must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. You can book no more than one infant per adult (hey, you try dealing with luggage, tickets, airport queues and two screaming babies by yourself). To avail of infant fares, the infant must be under 24 months of age throughout the entire itinerary that you’re booking. This includes both outbound and return journeys. If the infant is 24 months or above on the return journey, you need to make a separate booking using a child fare.
An e–ticket (electronic ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number that neatly replaces the hassles of a paper ticket. When you purchase an e–ticket, we email it to you after the booking is complete. Simply print it out and bring it with you – along with a valid photo ID – to the airline counter when checking in for your flight.
A maximum of 9 seats can be booked at one time. If you need to book for more than 9 travelers you will have to re–complete the booking process for the additional travelers.

International
Yes, you can. For instance, search for Dubai by typing DXB.
Just like for domestic flights, you can book Economy Class and Business Class for International flights too. A number of carriers also have First Class on some routes, which is a higher level than Business Class.

With Gulu Gulu Trip, you can cancel your flight no later than 48 hours before the time of departure. If it’s later than 48 hours, you need to contact the airline directly for cancellation.
Refund computation will take 12 working days and the amount will reflect in your account within 15-20 working days depending on the issuing Bank.

Cabs
For Round trip bookings, all the local sightseeing in destination cities is included. Any city other than destination cities are not included. Please make sure to add all destination cities in itinerary.
For One way trip, only one pickup and one drop is included and no sightseeing included.

Yes, all driver charges are included in the price. Driver will take care of his food and accomodation. You need not to arrange that.
There is no extra charges for traveling in night hours if Night Charge Incluled. If Night charges are Excluded in the price than thats depend on your trip & cab Category.
5% GST is extra.
Parking charges, if any, are extra and need to be paid by you as per actuals.
Toll tax and State tax may or may not be extra depending on the trip. Please check 'Other Terms' mentioned below price.
Although you can book the cab up to 3,4 hour prior to departure time but we suggest to book 1 day in advance to avoid last minute rush.
We are happy to provide you any clarifications required through customer support team but cab booking has to be done either through our website 'gulugulutrip.in'.
Sorry, it is not possible. You need to pay a small 15-20% amount in advance to book the cab on Gulu Gulu Trip.
You can pay with all online payment modes like Netbanking, Debit / Credit card, UPI, Payment Wallet Apps like PhonePe, GooglePay, PayTM etc. To pay with Netbanking, Debit / Credit card, UPI, you can choose any payment gateway (PhonePe or RazorPay). To pay with PayTM wallet, choose 'PhonePe' payment gateway. To pay with other payment wallet apps like PhonePe, GooglePay etc, choose 'RazorPay' payment gateway.
In most cases, car and driver details are shared within minutes after booking. In few rare cases, it may take more time and may be shared up to two to four hours before departure.

Hotels
Most hotels allow additional guests to stay in a room for an extra charge as long as the room doesn’t exceed the maximum number of guests allowed per room. If you book a room that cannot accommodate your group, the hotel may cancel your reservation or require that you book additional rooms. If you have doubts, check directly with your hotel for their extra–guest charges and the maximum number of people allowed in the room you’ve booked.
When making your booking, select the number of children traveling with you from the ‘Children’ drop–down box. If you select just 1 child, our search will give you the price of a double room with child, not including an extra bed. If you want an extra bed in the room, you need to increase the number of passengers in your search.
Contact our Customer Support Team with your request and we’ll do our best to get you what you ask for. However, your request is ultimately subject to availability when you arrive at the hotel.
This varies with the type of rate and hotel you select. Normally, your credit card will be charged immediately for all reservations made through our website or over the phone. This guarantees your reservation as well as the rate.
If a confirmation page doesn’t display once you complete your booking, check your email for a confirmation. If you don’t get an email confirmation within ten minutes, let us know at

Short answer – it depends. Long answer – the cancellation charges depend on the hotel, time of stay (‘season’ time, ‘off–season’ time), and time of cancellation. To know what’s applicable in your case, check the hotel’s booking policy mentioned on the booking page if not mention than contact us +91 709494944 while making the reservation (in case you missed it, you can always sign in to your Gulu Gulu Trip Account and check it out on your Trips pages). Apart from the cancellation charges levied by the hotel, Gulu Gulu Trip charges a fee of Rs. 300 for every hotel cancellation.
Visa
An e-Visa is an official authorization document in soft PDF format permitting entry into and travel within foreign land. Applicants obtain their visas electronically after entering required information online and making payments by a credit or debit card. You can track status of your application by visiting to tracking website.
Documents required may change basis your nationality.

Currently has two payment gateways to offer, PhonePe and Razorpay Payment Gateway. Select one – Fill your details and complete the transaction.
If the application has not been sent or submitted to the immigration department for further processing, we shall refund you after the deduction of our service charges, after submitted no refund process.
Packages
We provide English speaking chauffeurs for individual tours. For group tours, English speaking tour escorts would accompany the groups. During sightseeing involving historically important places or monuments, we provide English speaking local guides who are well knowledged in history and culture. We could even provide guides who speak French, German and Japanese, only on advanced booking.

Yes, a valid Passport with Visit visa is required for all International travels. If you are visiting India, kindly visit the official website of Indian Government or contact Indian Mission in your country to know about the process of getting visa. Government of India has eased the visa formalities for many countries and their citizens could avail Visa-On-Arrival at major airports in India. It is always advisable to have a valid travel insurance.
